ALTA QUALITÀ: il nastro 4905 può sostituire rivetti, saldature e viti. Il metodo di incollaggio permanente, rapido e semplice da utilizzare, offre elevata resistenza e durata a lungo termine. È costituito da un adesivo acrilico durevole con proprietà viscoelastiche. Il risultato è un nastro biadesivo in schiuma eccezionalmente resistente che offre flessibilità di progettazione grazie alla sua viscoelasticità e alla forte capacità di aderire a un'ampia gamma di superfici.
APPLICAZIONE: Il nastro di montaggio trasparente 4905 utilizza un adesivo multiuso. Viene spesso utilizzato per unire materiali trasparenti o quando si preferisce un nastro trasparente o incolore. È specificamente progettato per garantire una buona adesione su metallo, vetro e materie plastiche come policarbonato e acrilico. Unire materiale trasparente. Montaggio di insegne retroilluminate e traslucide. Incollaggio dei bordi di vetro caricato con resina.
FUNZIONE: Il fissaggio quasi invisibile mantiene le superfici lisce. Può sostituire elementi di fissaggio meccanici (rivetti, saldature, viti) o adesivi liquidi. Non sono più necessarie operazioni di foratura, rettifica, rilavorazione, avvitamento, saldatura e i relativi lavori di pulizia. Crea una tenuta permanente contro acqua, umidità e altro. L'adesivo sensibile alla pressione aderisce al contatto e garantisce una resistenza immediata alla manipolazione.
Applicazione del nastro adesivo: per prima cosa, allineare i materiali e assicurarsi che tutte le superfici siano pulite e asciutte. Prima di applicare il nastro, utilizzare una miscela 50:50 di alcol isopropilico e acqua. Una volta asciutte le superfici, applicare il nastro adesivo sulla superficie. In terzo luogo, applicare almeno 100 kPa (15 psi) di pressione utilizzando un rullo a J. Ciò ti aiuterà a sviluppare un'adesione e un legame molto resistenti.
INSTALLAZIONE E RIMOZIONE: A temperatura ambiente, circa il 50% della resistenza finale viene raggiunto dopo 20 minuti, il 90% dopo 24 ore e il 100% dopo 72 ore. Se spruzzi dell'alcool sul nastro, questo si staccherà facilmente.
